Welcome to Indochina Journeys. By accessing and using our website or booking our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any bookings.

Bookings and Payments: A booking is confirmed once a deposit is made. Full payment must be received prior to the tour start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may incur a penalty fee. Tour prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in.

Tour Packages: Our tours are designed to provide a unique and enriching experience, with expert guides leading small groups through the historical and cultural highlights of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Customizable private tours are available upon request and can be tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.

Travel Documentation: It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, before the tour begins. Indochina Journeys is not responsible for any travel disruptions due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

Liability: Indochina Journeys is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Travelers are encouraged to have adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made to ensure the tour's quality.
